V1.0 - Months 1-3

MVP

Core chat, CSV/PDF analysis, charts, exports, auth, session memory, and workspace save.

Target: 1,000 signups, 200 MAU, upload-to-insight above 70 percent.

V1.5 - Months 3-4

Enhanced analysis

SQL analysis, data cleaning suggestions, prompt templates, and browser voice input.

Target: 3 files per user per week and strong feedback quality.

V2.0 - Months 5-7

Advanced reporting

Infographic reports, PPT export, comparison tables, forecasting hints, and premium output quality.

Target: report export rate above 50 percent.

V2.5 - Months 7-9

Database connector

Connect PostgreSQL/MySQL, run live queries, schedule recurring reports, and support account teams.

Target: enterprise pipeline starts.

V3.0 - Months 9-12

Collaboration

Team workspaces, shared dashboards, comments on insights, role-based access, and admin controls.

Target: team adoption and NPS above 50.

V4/V5 - Year 2

Agents and enterprise

Autonomous analysis agents, scheduled insights, anomaly alerts, SSO, audit logs, and white-label hosting.

Target: enterprise ARR and security readiness.
